Culinary Background
I started my culinary adventure studying at the Culinary Institute of America and began to refine my skills at Morimoto Napa while still in school. After graduating, I completed a three-month apprenticeship at 1* Michelin Le Du in Bangkok, which exposed me to fine dining and modern Thai cuisine. After returning to the US, I spent time at Bavel here in Los Angeles before embarking on this current chapter!
Now, as a private chef, I bring these influences together, creating personalized dining experiences that celebrate seasonality, technique, and global inspiration.
